The Space
Our space features 1800 sq ft in a home styled setting. You have access to…
2 vibey “living rooms”
1 podcast room
1 mastermind room
2 photo studio rooms
1 Event prep room (refrigerator, table space, galley sink, coffee pot, microwave)
*Max capacity is 45 people. Main lounge comfortably fits 25 people. Whole HAUS can fit 45 people including breakout rooms.

There are numerous chairs in the space you are able to move around, but please move them back when you are done!
Tip.. take a video of the space before you set up so you can put items back in their spot!
There are 10 extra folding chairs and 2 folding tables located in the back of the glass door room. Open the exit door and you will find them tucked in there.
Details
Parking: 2 lots surrounding building 8703. You are able to park in any open spot!
Rental Times: Be sure to book enough time for set up and clean up. We do have people who book our space back to back. It is necessary to be cleaned up and heading out at your end time to avoid delays in other events/rentals.
Drinks + Food: You may use our refrigerator to store food for your event. Please to not use any of the drinks, snacks you see there as they are for our members. You will need to bring your own food, beverages, plates/cutlery, ice, coffee pods.
Coffee: We have a nespresso and a keurig for your use!
